Late Father's Day post

This year.... It so happens that Father's Day fell on the day we visited Seoul Tower.

Yes it's the same picture from previous post except this one is with some "I love my daddy" words and date and time stamp.  ;)

Daddy knows that his girls and his little charmer loooooves him very much!! The most important thing for us is that we are able to be there for each other at all times is the best gift ever.

Happy belated Father's Day to everyone!!

Back to reality...

We've been to Korea, Shanghai and Penang for this June holiday. Its by far the most places we've been in a month. Lol. It's tiring yes, but definitely a lot of fun. (Carrying an infant is more than tiring...it's 10x worse!)

Well, Seoul is just another major city. Busy and dusty and packed with people and cars. People are quite friendly despite the communication problems but it seems that mandarin are more common than english. Hmmmm....we definitely should brush up on our mandarin. Luckily the tour group for this trip comprise of friendly people and also a lot of kids! Thank god is a "kid friendly" group. As usual my little charmer is the prince charming that captures everyone's  heart. Everyone adores him! We even have "fans" trying to take his pictures secretly! Gosh! The tour leader has to shoo them away!

Then in Jeju Island, its more like another Penang Island. Sceneries and cooling weather. Nothing fancy. Food is waaaaay better than the the food served in Seoul. (How come they always eat hotpot ha? Even in summer oso hotpot meh? Not hot enough meh? Walao! Beh tahan!)

Ok after 8 days in Korea, we are off to Shanghai, China. First, we went to Suzhou, where we went to some rich man's house to see his garden. Honestly, to me its nothing to boast about. Its just another big house with huge garden. Then we went straight back to Shanghai for some shopping at Nanjing Road and the ever famous Shanghai Bund.

That's it. That's our 11 days Korea Shanghai holiday trip for this year. Of course I know that no matter how much I describe and say, a picture always speaks a thousand word.

Then, we are off to Penang again. Back to Penang is just our "balik kampung" visit friends and families.

Okay. Its picture time!
Fake Stonehenge but look at the "floating mountains" in the background. Stunning view!

River cruise - Lunch. We had about 6 person in our tour suffered from food poisoning after this meal. Apparently, not that clean huh.

Lotte World - More like Korean USS. Lots of things to see. It's fun.

When we are here (Seoul Tower behind) it so happens it's Father's Day. We didn't go up to the Seoul Tower cause we don't have enough time.

The view from Korean Paradise Island. Amazing isn't it?

The view along the way. We travelled by bus so we just snap as much pictures as we can on the surrounding areas that we covered.

   The 7 fairies bridge.

Teddy Bear Museum - quite interesting, definitely fun for kids.

   Pudong, Shanghai airport.

The birds nest Olympic stadium that changes colors.

I like this koffy bottle. Think it looks like the olden Chinese wine jar.

Picture taken at Nanjing Road after shopping.

  The ever famous Shanghai Bund.

This is the view before we left Shanghai.
