New! New! All new! Leaves me feeling fresh!

Yes, I've changed my blog templates and changed my picture. Simply because my little addition (or I would say...my new man) is now part of us. He will be included in everything that me and both his sistas are doing. Other than that I also added Instagram pictures on the side of my blogs as well. Yes, most of my pictures is only about Dom. I am not being "phin sam" (in Cantonese) which means that I'm not being equal to all my children. I can explain. Most of the pix revolves around Dom is because he is with me 24/7. He clings on to me and my breast (still breastfeeding and no plan to stop yet) and for both Bella & Belle, I only see them after school. They are teenagers now so that's why I can hardly take pictures with them. Bella even has her own Instagram account where she cam whores. Belle is just too busy with YouTube and Minecraft. 

Bella will be taking her PSLE exam in a few weeks time. Wish her all the best! I know she can do it! Gambateh! Add oil!  

Oh ya! Before I forget, I will be going to Beijing next week with lil Dom and hubs. Will post up pictures for sure so make sure you come back and see.

Well..it's way past midnight and almost time for me to breastfeed my lil man.

Chinese Ghost Month

Hello all. As you all know...this month is the Ghost month according to the Chinese calendar. Yeah you read that right. Ghost month. We, Chinese, believe that during this month, those from the underworld will roam the earth, be it morning or night. Simply because this is "their" month. To those who believe, they will understand. To those who don't, well, just be more careful and mindful of your night activities.

I've always believed in these things. During this month, I will try not to take my babies (Bella, Belle & Dom) out till late at night unless I don't have any other choice. (If I do then I prefer to stay indoors in the mall) When we were still in Penang, on the 1st, 15th and the last day of the month, everyone would burn the "hell money" but in SingaporeI hardly see any of it. All I know is in Singapore, we are not allowed to burn these things openly like how everyone does it in Penang. All these money offerings, won't they cause terrible inflations in the underworld? Hehehe. (Just wondering...only Chinese will burn these things...what about the mat salleh, Indian, Malay and others? Takkan they don't need money?)

Well, for this post I don't think I will wanna post any pictures just in case I get "lucky" and capture an additional unwanted image. (Touchwood!)

Okay...here are some of the KPC things that I'd like to share with everyone :

 1) When folding the money offerings (Kim Chua) must always light up a joss stick if its evening already. This is to tell "them" that these money belongs to someone else dee.

 

2) When you're all alone and suddenly you don't feel right, eg. Lights went off...start swearing and scolding in "bad words". It is believe that the anger will chase them away.

3) Try to avoid traveling during this month. If you have to drive long distance, drive during daytime. The accident cases during this month are more compared to other months.

4) It is believed that babies can see "them", so if your baby cries for no apparent reason and inconsolable, leave the place as soon as possible. 

5) When carrying a baby...never let your baby sit or stand on the table of offering (be it for the ghost or god) while you prepare the offering stuff. Your baby will be treated as an offering to them and they will "take" your baby away. (You know what I mean ya...)

That sums up the post for today. Everything that is written here is solely what I believe and what I know. Totally nothing to do with anyone or any other party.
